ITT Industries use Mitrefinch to accurately capture and calculate hours worked and overtime accrued
ITT Industries is a global engineering and manufacturing company that supplies pumps, systems and services to move and control water and other fluids.
Head-quartered in New York, ITT Industries employs approximately 35,000 people around the world, with over 500 employees at their UK site in Basingstoke.
Following a review of their workforce management processes, ITT made the decision to replace their old system with a package that could offer a wider range of benefits, whilst improving efficiency.
Easy to use Workforce Management System
The Mitrefinch system covers around 375 office and factory workers, each employee has a personalised ID card which is used to clock-in and out at the end of the day. New employees can be easily added.

ITT use Mitrefinch TMS to capture and calculate hours worked and overtime accrued which is exported twice a month to the Company's payroll system. Weekly exception and docking reports are generated and administrators take responsibility for their own department.
